Our Service Terms
These terms apply to all landscaping services provided by us in Worcestershire. By accepting our quotation, you agree to these terms in full. 1. Scope and Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days. The scope of work is limited to the items specifically listed in your written quotation. Any additional work requested will be quoted separately. 2. Material Deposits: A deposit covering the full cost of all materials is required to secure your booking. This must be paid at least 2 weeks before the start date to allow for ordering and delivery.
Payments, Retainers and Changes
3. Weekly Labour Payments Labour costs are invoiced weekly in arrears. Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt. Late payments may result in the suspension of work on-site. 4. Retainers We hold back a proportional retainer from each weekly labour invoice. This sum is retained until the project is finished and you have confirmed you are satisfied with the completed work, at which point the full retainer balance becomes due. 5. Changes and Extras Any amendments to the agreed design or extra tasks requested during the project will be documented and charged at our standard hourly rate plus material costs. 6. Access and Responsibilities Clients must ensure clear access to the working area and provide access to water and electricity if required. It is the client's responsibility to identify any underground pipes or cables not buried at standard depths.
Cancellations, Liability and Law
7. Delays and Weather Landscaping is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule tasks in the event of heavy rain, frost, or other conditions that compromise safety or work quality. 8. Cancellations and Refunds If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, the material deposit is non-refundable if items have been custom-ordered. 9. Warranties and Liability We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship. We are not liable for the survival of plants post-installation or damage caused by extreme weather. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
